SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CONGRATULATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyricht Adelaide, August 17. The State Assembly adopted n motion, proposed by the Premier (Mr. Verran), congratulating Jlr. Asquith, Prime Minister of England, on the passing of tho Parliament Bill. The Leader of the Opposition doubted tho wisdom of interfering in tho bitter party politics of England.
