WOMAN'S WORLD.

TO-DAY'S DINNER. (Specially written for Tub Dosiikion.) WEDNESDAY. Haricot bean soup. Roast mutton (with, red currnnt jelly). Baked potatoesN Mashed turnips. Banana tritters. BANANA. FRITTERS. Quarter pound flour, 1 egg, 1 teaspoonful of butter, 1 gill of tepid water, bananas, sugar. Put the flour into a basin; beat the yolk of an egg with the water; mako into a smooth batter with tho flour; add the butter (melted), and just before using, the white of egg beaten stiffly. Peel and slice the bananas lengthways, dip in tho batter, and fry in hot fat. Drain on paper, and serve at once with sugar sifted over them.

FOR TO-MORROW. Cold meat. Curry powder. Spinach. Raspberry jam.
