TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tiie Dominion.) TUESDAY. Vegetable soup. Spanish beef steak. Potatoes. Cabbage. Treacle pudding. TREACLE PUDDING. Two eggs, their weight in butter and flour, the weight of one in brown sugar, halt' teaspoont'ul of soda, two tablespoonfuls of treacle. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the treacle; beat tho ezgs; welt dissolve the soda in a little milk; gradually work in the flour and eggs to the creamed butter and sugar. Then add tho soda. B?at well. Fill a well-greased mould threo parts full with the mixture, cover the mould with a greased paper, and steam one hour. Turn out and serve with custard sauce. FOE TO-MORROW. Half-pint haricot beans soaked in cold water. Stock. One leg of mutton. Red currant jelly. Bananas.
