The Coronation celebrations at Norwich were marked by a. very pleasant and fraternal gathering, in which the city clergy, the FTee Church ministers, and the .K-o----man Catholic clergy joined. After the Coronation service at the Cathedral, at. the. invitation of the Dean (Dr. Kussell Wakefield) a large company, who wore re-prescntative-s of all the churches, attended a luncheon, where the Dean welcomed his guests very cordially. As to t:hoir new sovereign, tho Dean said ho did not know any man who had taken such a definite interest in the welfare of the sick and suffering as did King George when Prince of Wales, and after all that was the best start lie could make in caring for the whole of the nation. Dr. G. S. Barrett (Congregational) and Canon Fitzgerald (ltoman Catholic) voiced tho thanks of the company to the Dean. A telegram of congratulation and respect was sent to the King from flip whole company, signed by the Dean, Canon Fitzgerald, the Rev. Richard Wilton (president Free Church Council, and tho Deputy Lord Mavor. ' ■
