REPORT FOR 1010-11. The annual-meeting of the Featherston Co-operative Dairy Company Trill be held on Saturday,. August 10. The director's report is as follows:— .The advances to' suppliers during the Foasoiy were 12d. per lb. butter-fat for September, and lid. per lb. during the remainder of the season, and a further advance of lid. per lb. butter-fat over the whole snason is being made to-day, making a total advance of 13-ld. per lb. but-ter-fat for September, and 12Jd. per lb. for tho balance of the season. After payment of tl|o_ final advance there remains a sum of £55 odd, and for the disposal of this amount your directors will be asked at the meeting. During the past season, yen will observe, tho sum of .£149 !)s -Id. was spent on building and improvement, and .£238 lis. Cd. on new plant lo deal with the increased supply, both amounts being charged to tho building and improvement account, and after payment of same there remains in hand for this account a creditbalanee of ,£385 lis. I'd. The case storing shed is now being extended and tho men's cot'tago boing added to-and improved, and cost of same will bo charged to the building and improvement account. • Mr. J. U. Huntley having left the district, has resigned from tho directorate, aud Messrs. Hodder, Wilkinson, O'Neale aiul Williams retire in accordance with the articles. You will he called upon to elect five directors, , Hodder, Wilkinson, O'Xeale, -and Williams, being c-ligible, offer themselvso for. re-election.
