In .the present instance, all hough possibly it is not known by tlie authorities, a large number of tlio nieii will liuve no less thin iS miles to attend the parade, and the samo in returning, making 9f> miles for ono parade, while the nearest men will havo 23 miles cach way, which means that soma will have to leave homo long before daylight,
