STILL UNSETTLED. By Tclecraph—Fress Assiiniation-Ccnvrleh* Sydney, August 12. Tho Lithgow ironworkers' dispute is still unsettled. A miners' meeting declined to entertain a proposal for a Wages Board until tho men are back on the old conditions. ' A ballot will be taken on a motion that it is in the interests of tho association to have no more to da with Wages Boards.
