Palmcrston, August 15.—Beautiful wort ther prevailed on Saturday and Sunday, but there was a sharp frost on Sunday morning. Featherston, August 12.—Frost in the morning, bright clear day. Otaki, August 12—Fine. Carterton, August 12.—A frost was experienced last nielit, and a. fine day followed. There are indications for another to-night. Fcildinß, August 13—Saturday: Frost; fine day; cold night. Sunday: More beautiful weather. Shannon, August 12— The weather continues fine and mild.
