BISHOP WILSON'S PROTEST. By Telccraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, August 11. Bishop Wilson, of Melanesia, has mado official representations to Mr. Hughes, Acting-Federal Prime Minister,.as to the unsatisfactory conditions arising from dual control in the New Hebrides. Ho requested tho.Commonwealth to approach the Imperial authorities with a view to the appointment of native protectors. Mr. Hughes arranged with the Bishop to put tho case in writing.
