MISHAP TO H.M.S. CORNWALL. By Telceraph—Press Association—Qopyrichl Halifax, August 8. While proceeding to Clark's Harbour in order to tow tho warship Niobe to Halifax, tho armoured cruiser Cornwall, 9800 tons, ran on the rocks near tho spot where tho Niobe grounded. The Cornwall was-refloated. The damage is not esteusive.
