OVER ,£19,000 INVOLVED, Tho Australian Kodak Company, Ltd., has benn served with .v writ, at ithe instance of the Minister for Customs, for alleged evasion of full payments of Customs duly. The amount involved is well over ,£19,000, which sums represents treble* tho value of the -goods.' Mr. E. C. Lovvey has been b/iefed for the defendant company in tho case, which will probably be heai:d at the next sitting of the Supremo Court.
