He emphatically denied that thero was any connection between leprosy and fish, if the fish were eaten fresh or after having been treated by any method when reasonably fresh. - Mr. Frank Farnall, ex-Chairman of tho Fisheries Board, advocated the establishment of an institute for fishery experiments and experimental oyster farms. The prices now charged for fish were a distinct imposition. Fish should cost 'considerably less than fourpence a pound.
