* TURKISH TERMS ACCEPTED. Br Telegraph—Press Association-Oopyrishl (Rec. August 4, 9.55 p.m.) Cetinje, August 4. The insurgent Malissori, who had fled to Montenegro, yielding to the advice of King Nicholas of Montenegro, has accepted the Turkish terms of amnesty. There has been an alarming spread of cholera among the Albanian troops.
