Wellington. inferring to the damage that may take nlace between the discharge of New Zealand frozen meat.from tho steamers and the. time it reaches . the retailers, the Smithfield correspondent of an Australian paper says tho position is infinitely better now .tlinn it was a few years ago, when the vessels wore very imperfect in carrying meat.
