: UNIONS TO' BE RECOGNISED. London, July 28. ■ Tho seamen and dockers' strive at Cardiff has ended. The unions are to bo recognised, the employers promising not to boycott participators in the strike, and agreeing to confer with the men's representatives to discuss grievances.
