ST. VINCENT'S CADETS.

St. Vincent's Cadet Corps celebrated tho anniversary of its foundation by a dinner ill Godber's Rooms on 'Wednesday evening. The function, which was a great success, was attended by the members of the corps in. full forco, and by some 20 visitors. Toasts were honoured as follow t— "The King," "Headquarters of the Defence Staff," "Clergy," "Ex-Captain M'Namara," and "The Chairman" (Captain A. I\ Dwan). Mr. E. J. I'itzgibbon spoke at length on the improvement made by the corps since its foundation. The shooting medal presented by ex-Captain M'Namara was won by Lco.-Corp. C. Tandy, who was very popularly received by his comrades.
