AN ANTI-NOISE ORDINANCE. By Pelecraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 28, 0.15 a.m.) .... , New York, July 27. A strike of pedlars in Chicago gainst an anti-noise ordinance has resulted in a riot. Women carrying babies took a, prominent part in tho disturbances. The police ' drawing their revolvers, charged the crowd, which was stoning an anti-strike Demur. Scores of persons were injured, and three of tho police had to be taken h tlie hospital.
