FORECAST AND SUMMARY. / Present indications are for strong southeasterly, winds, cold and damp weather generally—showers in parts and snow on higher levels. Barometer unsteady, but probably little movement generally. Barometric pressure has been unsteady, and easterly and southerly winds have prevailed and gales arc reported at Cape Campbell and Tophouse, but elsewhere moderate to strong breezes prevailed, with cloudy and unsettled weather.
