on until yesterday morning, in order that the parties might come to s-onie agreement a* the form in which .the case should be presented. Yesterdav Air, Ahrliu informed his Worship that his client? had agreed, on ilifip part, to withdraw the technical objection that there was mi right in lodge a caveat, and it was agreed that they should be entitled to costs on the application as if thoy had succeeded.
