FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications are lor cold, cloudy, and unsettled weather generally; rain is probable in most parts of. the .country. Southerly and easterly winda strong to. gale are probable generally, and a very unsteady barometer. A south-easterly gale and heavy rain have ' been reported to-day from. Cape Oampbelland Blenheim, but variable winds and cloudy and changeable weather have prevailed in the north. The barometer has ricon slightly.
