MASTERTON NOTES.
(By Telegraph — Special Correspondent.) Mastertorii July 25. During the past three days no less than three- inches of rain has fallen in this district. The weather is still dull, but there are indications of it breaking. A report from Castlepoint states that mountainous seas "have been racing along the coast. The Mastcrton Borough Council has been informed that the Government has approved of the subsidy of .£250 foT the erection of a Coronation Hall in Masterton Park.
