TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Carrot soup. Stewed kidneys. Potatoes. Stewed celery. lioly-poiy treacle pudding. CARROT SOUP. One quart of stock, about four goodsized carrots, salt and cayenne to taste. Boil tho carrots until tender, then cut up the red part and rub it through a sieve. Weigli it, and to every quart ol slock allow 13 ounces of pulped carrot. Mix it gradually and season with a little salt and cayenne. Let it boil up nnd dish very hot, with a plate of croutons of fried bread, FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, 51b. of breast or nock'of mutton, tin of tomatoes, carrot, turnips, onions, cauliflower, celery, pumpkins, fruit, suet.
