ANOTHER CRISIS IN HAITI.
Br Telccraph-PrQ3s Association-Oopyrlehl Washington, July 21. Dispatches received this afternoon from Port-au-Prince say that the Haitian Government is tottering, and that President Simon will be a fugitive within twentyfour hours.
An American cruiser has been dispatched to the scene.
