EX-SHAH'S INTRIGUES.
PERSIAN COMPLAINT AGAINST. RUSSIA. By Teleer&Dh-Press Asscciation-Copyrieht Teheran, July 20. The Persian Government has sent a strongly-worded Note to the British and Russian Legations, recalling its frequent representations in regard to the exShah's intrigues. The Note- maintains that Russia must bo held responsible for any disordors and losses of property. '
