There was am all-night sitting .on Clause 11 of the National Insurance Bill, the Labour members demanding that workmen should receive sick pay in addition to accident compensation. Mr. i loyd-George, after an impassioned speech, secured the rejection of tho amendment by 99 votes to 23.
