SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGES. Bl Tclccraph—Press Associatton—CoDJTlerhl London, July 20. The King's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice has awarded Mr. H. S. Foster, ex-M.P. for Lowestoft, XIOOO damages against Mr. Beauchamp (who won the seat from Mr. Foster at tho December election), for stating in an election pamphlet that Mr. Foster's votes on tho Workmen's Compensation Bill were contrary to the interests of the fishermen.
