TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. Pea soup. Boned schnappcr. Parsleysauce. Marmalade pudding. MARMALADE PUDDING. Four ounces flour, 2oz. sugar, -loz. marmalade, 3oz. suet, soz. breadcrumbs, 1 tenspoonful carbonate of sada. Milk. Shred and chop the suet. Mix suet, (lour, sugar, breadcrumbs, and marmalade together, and then the soda dissolved in a littlo warm milk. Add- a little moro milk if required, and mix thoronghlv. This pudding must be rather stiff, or it will break when turned out. Steam for 3 hours. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Curry powder. 21b. steak. 2 sheep's kidneys. Paste. Artichokes. Cornflour. Prunes. FOR SUNDAY. Two pounds artichokes. Shoulder of pork. Veal forcemeat. Apples. Cauliflower. FOR SUPPER, One ox tongue. Salad. Bottled peaches. Pastry. Cream.
