THE OUTBREAK IN ENGLAND. By Telecrarh-l'ress Associatton-OoDyrleht London, July 19. The outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in Middlesex and Surrey is disquieting. It will be difficult to check, if it spreads to the Romney Marshes, on which thero are- thousands of cattle and tens of thousands of sheep. MORE CASES IN KENT, (Rue. July 21, 1.5 a.m.) London, July 20. Three cows, five calves, and twenty-two sheep are reported to be affected with foot-and-mouth disease at Rye, in Kent.
