Tho cost will now bo borne as follows :--Wa-' nganui borough, 52 per cent. [ Wanganui county, 30 per cent.; Wanganui East, 10 per coilt.; Waitotara county and Gonvillo, 3 per cent, each: Castlccliff, 2 per cont. The award also djrects that llio Harbour Board shall not close tho bridge turntable, and shall bear tho cost of its' maintonancc. . •
