FAREWELL AT HAMPTON COURT. By Tolezraph-Press Asspr-i.-iM-m >Ooovrleht London, July 18. The Government gavo a farowell luncheon to the ■ visiting members of. the Oversea Parliaments at Hampton Court Palace. A message was read from tho King, expressing the hope that the visitors had enjoyed their etay in the Old Country aud wishing them a safe return. Mr. Asquith, Prime Minister, in proposing tho health of the guests, said ho thought the delegates would carry away abiding favourable impressions of tho va'st resources of tho Motherland. They could rest assured that tho heirt of the Empire was not moribund. Mr. Balfour, Leader of the Opposition, in supporting Mr. Asquith, said he felt that they could look to tho Dominions to help bear the burden of Empire. EMPIRE PARLIAMENTARY UNION. (Rec. A numbe-' of members of the Houso of Lords, the House of Commons, and the Overseas Parliaments now in London met in the House of Commons and decided to name tho recently-formed Parliamentary Union the Empire Parliamentary Association.

London, July 18. Mr. M'Gowon, Premier of New South Wales, will sail for New York on Saturday, and will join the Zealandia at Vancouver.
