Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report on their sale held at Waikanae yesterday as follows:—We had a small yarding of sheep, which sold at lato rates. No cattle wero yarded. Fat wethers, 163.; two-tooth wethers, 12s. 9d.; hoggets, Bs.; fat ewes, 14s. .

Young cows closo to profit:ore in strong.demand, but aged cows and-late.calvers. arc not sought aft«r. We quote August calvcrs, £6 ss. to £12 155.; September calvers, £5 to £8 155.;: late calvcrs, £4 to-£4 155.; 3-teat cows, £3 ss. to £6; aged and empty cows, £2 to £3 Zs. 6d.; bulls. £2 10s.
