THEATRE QUEUES.
ABOLISHED IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 19, 0.35 a.m.) Sydney, July 18. Tho'City Council has decided, to abolish theatre queues, except at places where the doors open two hours beforo tho commencement of the performance and a fixed charge for admission is mode.
Tho aldermen stated that the system amounted to blackmail.
