FRENCH TRAIN-WRECKERS.
CAUGHT RED-HANDED. By Telcßrapn—Frpss Association—Oopyrieht Paris, July 16. The French police, while patrolling the roads at Choisy-le-Koi, eight and a halft miles south-east of Paris, in a silent automobile, caught a number of train-wreck-ers rod-handed. The men were in possession of appliances for cutting high-tension wires and unscrewing sleepers.
