A NEW SOUTH WALES BILL. By TelccraDb-'Preas Associallon-Oosyrlirhl Sydnoy, July 17. The State Governniont intends early to introduce an amendment to the Marriage Act, making it compulsory before inarriago to produce tho Registrar's certificate, to obtain which it will be necessary to make a declaration rcgardiujr age. If uuder age the parties must satisfy tho Registrar regarding parental permission. The object of the change is to relieve clergymen from responsibility ill tho case of marriage of minors.
