ORGAN RECITAL.

BY ME. MAUGHAN BARNETT. In the Town Hall on Saturday evening, Mr. Maughan Barnett, city organist, gavo another organ recital. The Toccata and Fugue in C Major, by Bach, had a very good rendering, Mr. Barnett's clean pedalling being especially noticeable. Paderewski's popular Minuet, which had a dainty rendering, was received with evidences of great pleasure, as was also "Star of Eve" (Wagner). Chopin's Nocturne in E Flat, melody in D (Guilmant), "Fanfare d'Orgue," nnrl a rousing Marcho Triomphale (Gnilrannt) we're the other items of the programme.
