TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Vegetable soup. Curried neck of million. Potatoes. Cabbage, linked roly-poly jam pudding. SUNDAY. Oyster soup. Poast beef. Horse-radish sauce, Baked potatoes. Masheil parsnips. Fruit Tart. Cabinet pudding. Cream. SUrPEK, Cold beef. Chandfroid of chicken. Salad. Queen pudding. Cassel puddings. Cream. CABINET PUDDING. Four ono pint and a quarter milk, ono pint of cake cut into dice or crumbs, one tnblespoonfiil of sugar, half a fresh leinon rind (grated). Decorate tho mould with some crystallised cherries, after carefully greasing it. Beat tho eggs, mix tho eggs, milk, lemon rind, and sugar together, and jwur over tho calto. Let it stand a littlo while to soak. Steam ono hour. Lot it stand five minutes before turning out.
