t SHOCKING CASE OF NEGLECT. By TelecraoU— Press. Associatior.-Oopyriehl Melbourne, July 13. A shocking case of neglect was exposed in tho court to-day. William Brown, a bootmaker, was fined .£2O for neglecting to provide for two young children. When taken to the hospital the children wore so hungry that they tried to eat soap. A dipper was the only cooking utensil in the house.
