THE COAL VEND CASE.
MR. KNOX STILL SPEAKING. By Telegraph— Pmss Association—Copyrieht (Rec. July 13, 9.30 p.m.) Sydney, July 13. Mr. Knox, K.C., senior counsel for tho colliery proprietors, again occupied tho whole of the day's sitting in the Coal Vend case with the continuation of his address. His Honour Mr; Justice Isaacs interjected that he considered that tho evidence of Mr. Oswald Lane, representing the Scott Fell Company, had disclosed discreditable transactions. Mr. Knox coutended that there was no evidence to show that the shipping companies mado excessive charges.
