EMPIRE LABOUR PARTIES.
CONFERENCES PROPOSED. By Teleeraph— Press Association— Gonrrieht London, July 12. The "Standard" states that tho Labour party has conferred with Mr. Fisher, Prime Minister of Australia, as to the ndvisablencss of closer relations between the respective- Labour parties of tho Empire, by means of an interchange of communications, visits, and conferences at regular intervals, in the Mother Country and each of the Oversea Dominions in turn. Definite proposals liavo been drafted, and will be discussed at n conferonco between the Labour party and the Labour members of the Oversji Parliaments, tr, bo held next week at tho House of Commons.
