This afternoon at 3 o'clock the F.-IJ.-S. steamer Drayton Grange leaves Lyttelton for Avonmouth, via Las Palmas. The Pateena is t-o leave Wellington for Onehunga direct, at 4 p.m. to-day. On arrival at. tho latter port she relieves t-lio Jtnrawn in the Onehnnga-Now Plymouth run a- trin or two, during the latter- vessel's overhaul. On Monday the steamer ICowliai will leave Dunedin for Oamaru. Timoru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due here toward? the end of the week, and then sails for Napier and Gisborne (inner harbours). Koiapoi, s.s., is .duo at Wellington from Westnort to-day, and the Whangane and Kotuku leave the West Cc.iVu port' for Auckland and Onehunga- respectively, also to-day. From Pieton, for which port she left Wellington last evening, the Wanaka goes to Auckland. To-inorrow the Arahura comes off the Patent Slip, and leaves for Picton. Nclron, and West Coast ports a-t 12.45 p.m. on .Saturday. The next vessel to bo taken up is the I'olmdale, and. following her, will bo the Ka-itoa and Janie Scddon, Mr. W. Kelly, late wireless operator on board the Xilimarm. left the vessel Wi trip nt Sydney, .iml now connected with the station on tho Hotel Australia, Mr. C. C. King relieved him oil the TJlimaroa. Some time about noon to-d.iv. the New Zealand -Shipping - Company's steamc" Otaki will leave' port for Auckland and London. Last evening the Putiki loft Greymouth for Lyttelton and Tiniaru. From the lattir port tho steamer ooraes direct to Wellington next week.
