EXCITING STRIKE INCIDENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 13, 0.20 p.m.) London, July 12. An exciting incident occurred nt Cardiff in connection with tho seamen's strike. Some of tho strikers heard that a vessel at the docks had on board a number of Chinese seamen, and a boatload of strike-pickets evaded tho police and boarded the vessel. The men then rushed to tho forecastle, where thoy found the Chinese facing theui with drawn knives. On this the ardour of the pickets cooled, and they withdrew, and contented themselves with pelting the Chinese with coal.
