TURKISH OFFER TO THE REBELS. By Tolegraph-Prcss Ajsociat-on-Copyrieht Cetinjo, July 10. The Turkish Minister here has communicated to Montenegro the generous terms offered by the Turkish Government to the Malissori tribe if they surrender. The terms include special taxation, the establishment of schools nnd trade routes and provision for the supply of maize nnd corn to Mnlissori refugees returning from Montenegro.
