To lie Placed Locally (or otherwise) by the issue of Debentures bearing Interest. rpilK Borough Council of the Borough -H- of (JnsJow hereby (fives public ui.ticv that Mich Council proposes to borrow by wav of special loan within the meaning of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 190S, the sum of .CISOH for the purpose of the purchase of land for and the erection tUreon and furnishing of a Hall for the lidding of public meetings and for purposes ' of enjoyment and recreation in and fer the benefit of the defined part of the' Borough of Onslow being the Khaudallah Ward of the Borough and for tho purpose of providing tho legal and other costs and incidental expenses of and in connection with the said purchase and building and the raising of the said loan ami also the interest on tho loan for the first year. It is proposed to provide an annual sum equal to one per centum of tho amount borrowed as a Sinking Fund for the loan and the whole of the ioan shall Iμ repayable at the expiration of .16! jears from the first (lay of July, 1911, or of sonic shorter period. The' Council proposes to pledge as security for the said loan and ti:e interest thereon a special rate of 7-32 d. in tho pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all ntcablo property within the said rlhand.illah.
