The Hut't liiver Board, in committee last evening, considered and adopted the estimates for tho year. In the general account the receipts for the year are set ■ down at ,£IB3B, the principal items being: L Rates, .6521; rents, .£1279; sundries, .£35. r The expenditure is estimated at, ,£1215; maintenance and engineering being ve- >■ .sponsible lor .£7OO, and the balance (.£575) to salaries, rent of offices, etc. This leaves a balance of .£023, but thcro was a bank overdraft of ,£ll9 at March 31, 1811. At llm end of the current year - it is estimated that there will bo a surplus of ,£2Ol.
