A proposal is 1 afoot' to hold a. special cqnfercnco to consider tho ntUtudo l of j. tlie Stato Labour members towards tho referendum. Twenty qualified bodies attached to tho Political Labour Lcaguo aro required to compel the Executive to siimmou a conference.. Already sixteen have demanded ' a conference.
