NEW MEMBEES SWORN IN. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, July 5. King George presided over a meeting of the Privy Council, held at Buckingham Palace, for tho swearing-in of new members. Lord Islington, Governor of New Zealand, and Mr. A. Fisher, Australian Prime Minister, though absent, were declared members. Sir Joseph Ward, Prime Minister of New Zealand, was present.
