CHANGE ANNOUNCED. It is reported Hint tho Homeward voy» age of the New Zealand Shipping Company's It.M.S. Tongariro, now at Wellington, will be the last that this vessel will make as a direct passenger and mail steamer, lor the now steamer li-emuera is to replace her 111 the service. It is understood that tho Tongariro will subsequently bo engaged as a cargo carrier lietween New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The Tongariro leaves Wellington for Lyltollon on Sunday morning, where sho completes discharge of her London cargo. She (lien proceeds to the Hluff, Port: Chalmers, Timaru, and Lyttelton, for tho purpose of taking in cargo, coming on to Wellington to complete in time to leavo for London, via way ports, on .Inly 27.
