HARRIERS.
Ihe Wednesday section of the Brooklyn Harriers ran from the To Aro Baths yesterday. There was a fair attendance, nnd tho now venture promises well. Tho run-in was won by C'. Blown, (.J, Scott, and S. Myers occupying second and third places. Prior to the run, the first annual meeting was held, the following officers being elected for the ensuing season: Captain, Mr. G. A. Scolt; dopuly-captain, Mr. C. Brown; secretary nnd treasurer, Mr. S. Myers; handicap per, Mr. 0. A. Scott; General Committee, Messrs. L. H. Scott, C. Rough, nnd (ex officio) officers. The combined harriers aro holding an evening of songs, etc., to-night in the St. John's Schoolroom, to which nil harriers and those interested in that and kindred athletic sports aro invited. Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P., will occupy the chair.
