Kirkcaldie appeared for accused. OTHER CASES. Cecilia M'lntosh pleaded guiltv to a charge of drunkenness, and to a" further charge of procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order. She was declared a habitual inebriate, and was sentenced to one month's imprisonment. Two first-offending inebriates wero convicted and discharged.
