Soak the gelatine In it, add the sugar, stir over the fire until it boils and the gelatine is dissouved. Blauch tho almonds, and chop them up Arrange- the fruit in a wet mould, sprinkle over the almonds, strain over it tho syrup, and allow it to set. Turn out and serve with cream.
